Desktop and Cloud are separate environments with distinct data storage: Desktop stores records locally on your Windows PC for offline counter resilience, while Cloud hosts data in the cloud for browser access from anywhere. Yes. OneSpace supports multi-company data isolation. You can separate stock, sales, ledgers, and tax records by company on the same installation so that records never mix between your businesses.
OneSpace provides GST-ready billing. When billing, it automatically calculates CGST, SGST, or IGST based on item tax rates and customer location, and formats invoices with HSN codes and sequential invoice numbers.
